NAME
dk - Datakit interface
DESCRIPTION
A Datakit node consists of a fast digital switch and a
number of line modules. Line modules are interfaced to
computers, terminals, other digital devices. Certain line
modules, referred to as trunks, connect Datakit nodes
together. Each module may communicate with other modules
through the switch on up to 510 logical channels.
The directory /dev/dk consists of character special files,
each one associated with a logical channel.
